About the Role – Founder's Office Intern

We are seeking a structured, reliable and curious Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founder. You will manage priorities and follow-ups, run research and analysis, support fundraising and government partnerships, and own special projects across marketing, sales, operations and product.

Key Responsibilities

Founder Support: Manage the founder's priorities, calendar, meetings and follow-ups. Research & Analysis: Research markets, competitors, customers and industry trends, and turn them into clear summaries.

Investor & Fundraising Support: Help prepare pitch decks, financial data, investor updates and due diligence documents.

Special Projects

Own cross-team projects in marketing, sales, operations and product, and see them through.

Government & Partnerships

Support grant applications, government schemes, partnerships and event participation.

Reports & Presentations: Create business reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership. Team Coordination: Track progress across teams and make sure deadlines are met. Process Building: Set up and improve systems, SOPs and workflows as the company grows.

What We Need

A student or fresh graduate (BBA/MBA, B.Tech, B.Com or any stream) with 0–1 year of experience. Strong communication in English and Hindi, spoken and written.

Structured thinking

can break a big problem into clear steps.

Good with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

Highly organised and reliable, and able to handle confidential information. Curious about startups, business strategy, fundraising and technology.

Good to have

Prior internships, college leadership roles, or interest in hardware and AI.
