Junior Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a user-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for our Users, you will assist users by resolving their queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and support tickets.

Understand customer issues and provide timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.

Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.

Collaborate with the development and QA teams to report bugs and share customer feedback.

Learn the company's products and features to provide effective customer assistance. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support and maintaining a positive attitude.

Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web applications.

Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Willingness to learn new technologies and products.

Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Basic understanding of AI tools ,websites, WordPress, or SaaS products is a plus. Internship or customer service experience is an added advantage.
