Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day documentation and administrative activities.
Prepare, organize, and maintain various company documents and records.
Coordinate courier and Porter services for documents, samples, parcels, and other materials.
Book couriers/Porter and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Track courier and Porter shipments and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding document collection and delivery requirements.
Follow up with courier/Porter partners for pending or delayed deliveries.
Maintain courier, Porter, and documentation records in Excel.
Ensure proper filing and systematic maintenance of documents.
Support the team with other documentation and coordination-related activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in documentation, office coordination, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience handling courier and Porter services will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or Cosmetics industry will be preferred.
