Operations Excellence

Participate in daily shopfloor meetings and Gemba walks.

Conduct Time & Motion Studies.

Perform manpower utilization studies.

Support Line Balancing activities.

Assist in productivity improvement projects.

Audits

Conduct 5S Audits.

Conduct Safety Audits.

Conduct Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Audits.

Track audit compliance and corrective actions.

Engineering & Automation

Identify and implement Low-Cost Automation opportunities.

Prepare AutoCAD drawings.

Support fixture and jig development.

Assist in engineering improvement projects.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Prepare MIS reports.

Develop Power BI Dashboards.

Analyze operational data.

Monitor KPI performance.

Pay

₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
