Matrikaa Special Education is looking for a dedicated and experienced Special Educator to join our team in Greater Noida West.

About the Role

The educator will conduct individual 1-to-1 sessions with children with learning and developmental needs, including

• Autism
• Learning Difficulties (LD)
• Dyslexia
• Dysgraphia
• Dyscalculia
• ADHD
• Slow learning

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured 1-to-1 special education sessions at the Matrikaa centre
• Work on giving language support to the child.
• Work on reading, writing, spelling, mathematics, attention and academic skills
• Plan and implement individualized learning goals
• Prepare worksheets, activities and teaching materials
• Implement and monitor IEP goals
• Track children's progress and maintain regular session records
• Provide appropriate support for attention, behaviour and classroom readiness
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress and areas of focus
• Maintain professional documentation and follow the centre's intervention plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Diploma / B.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education will be preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience working with children with special educational needs
• Experience with autism, LD, ADHD or slow learners preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, responsible and child-friendly approach
• Ability to independently conduct structured 1-to-1 sessions
• Comfortable working 3-4 hours part-time at the centre

RCI registration
