Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell mutual fund products to potential and existing clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' financial needs and explain suitable mutual fund investment options.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with mutual fund products, market trends, and investment concepts.
• Maintain proper client documentation and follow applicable compliance requirements.
• Provide regular support and assistance to existing clients.

Requirements

For Entry-Level Candidates

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
• Graduation in any stream.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, financial products, and mutual funds.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets will be an advantage.

For Experienced Candidates

• Prior experience in mutual fund sales, financial product sales, wealth management, or financial advisory.
• Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and investment concepts.
• Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Strong client handling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in relationship management will be preferred.
