Job Description

Exon Logistics is looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Incharge to manage and supervise day-to-day branch operations in Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations efficiently.
• Monitor pickup and delivery activities.
• Supervise and manage branch staff and delivery teams.
• Monitor shipment, dispatch and delivery records.
• Manage COD collection and reconciliation.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Monitor team productivity and performance.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other branches.
• Ensure company policies, safety and compliance guidelines are followed.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduation preferred.
• 2–7 years of experience in Logistics, Courier, E-commerce or Transportation.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Target-oriented and responsible approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
