Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Manage acquisition managers and operations team
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Review performance and coach the team
• Hire and train new members
• Ensure accountability and execution discipline Regional Growth \& Closures Drive overall regional closure targets Personally close strategic or high-value schools Lead tough negotiations and partnerships Pipeline \& Execution Control Ensure CRM discipline across the team Track calls, meetings, proposals, and closures Identify and unblock stuck deals Strategy \& Expansion
• Identify new clusters and opportunities Plan territory allocation Monitor competitors and pricing Share insights and reports with founders
• KPIs (Success Metrics)
• Regional revenue and closure targets Team productivity per manager
• Conversion rates Hiring and retention CRM compliance

Must-Have Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience in education or institutional sales
• Prior team management experience Strong network within NCR schools Comfortable with both field work and leadership responsibilities

Pay

₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
