Job Summary

Delphic Global is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales team. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify and connect with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Schedule appointments and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Manage sales activities and maintain the CRM.
• Track and update the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development activities.
• Visit local clients when required.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
