🚍 Job Opening: Bus Captain / Travel Executive Job Location: Opposite RTC Busstand, Near garuda Inn, Tirupathi 🔹 Role Overview: Reputed Smart Bus company‑లో Bus Captain / Travel Executive గా join అవ్వాలి. ఇది passenger‑facing hospitality role (driving/cleaning కాదు). మీ పని: passengers comfort చూసుకోవడం, bookings manage చేయడం, long‑distance night travel లో return journey tickets promote చేయడం. 🕒 Shift Details: Full‑time, Night Shifts (Permanent job) Shift start: 7 PM – 11 PM మధ్య → next day morning return (12–14 hours round trip) Travel pattern: From Tirupathi boarding point నుండి 6 hours onward + 6 hours return → next day morning to Tirupathi చేరుకోవాలి. Weekly Off Policy (journey duration ఆధారంగా): 13 hours కన్నా తక్కువ → ప్రతి 6 work days తర్వాత off 13–15 hours → ప్రతి 3 work days తర్వాత off 15–17 hours → ప్రతి 2 work days తర్వాత off 17 hours కన్నా ఎక్కువ → 1 day work, 1 day off 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 40 passengers తో travel చేసి, online ticket bookings valid ID proof తో verify చేయాలి. AC Smart Bus లో passengers comfort చూసుకోవాలి (Wi‑Fi, GPS, Toilets available). Spot bookings manage చేసి, return journey tickets discounts/promocode తో promote చేయాలి (incentives వస్తాయి). Passenger feedback, ratings & reviews collect చేయాలి (extra incentives). Drivers & cleaning staff తో coordinate చేయాలి.
