Key Responsibilities Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and policy issuance. Achieve monthly sales targets. Update and manage customer records in CRM. Handle customer queries and provide excellent service. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Insurance Sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
