Focus: Teacher Training & Faculty Development Conduct teacher training and faculty development programs on Coding, Robotics, AI, Electronics, and STEM. Deliver hands-on workshops on robotics kits, sensors, microcontrollers, programming, and STEM activities. Mentor teachers and provide continuous academic and technical support . Evaluate teacher performance through assessments, demo sessions, and classroom observations . Identify teacher skill gaps and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans . Develop training materials, lesson plans, activity guides, presentations, and practical projects. Support teachers in effective curriculum implementation and classroom delivery . Design innovative AI, Coding, Robotics, and project-based learning activities . Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure teacher learning and training effectiveness . Review Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and monitor academic quality. Guide teachers in preparing students for robotics exhibitions, competitions, and STEM events . Conduct faculty orientations, demo lectures, workshops, and refresher training sessions. Resolve teachers' technical, academic, and classroom-related challenges . Coordinate with academic, content, operations, and school teams to ensure smooth program implementation. Continuously improve training methodologies, curriculum, and learning resources .
