General Overview
Manage the end-to-end approval, documentation, due diligence, and processing of CSR projects, including due diligence of club and project compliance, accurate and sending timely information for booking of corporate contributions, coordination with internal teams, and facilitating disbursement of approved grant payments.
You Will Have
A Bachelor’s Degree.
A qualification in Social Service, CSR or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Non-Profit Organization or a related field

You Will Be Responsible For
Review the grant proposal received from the corporate and/or a Rotary club or district through the designated software/platform or pre-approval process. Assess project relevance, beneficiary need, budget reasonableness, measurable outcomes, sustainability and alignment with CSR requirements and RFI policies.
Maintaining CSR data up to date for data analysis and team reporting
Review and approve CSR India grant applications, ensuring that all required compliance and supporting documentation is complete before approval.
Develop a business presentation tailored to business requirement along with RFI due diligence with donors highlighting RF(I) projects and expertise in handling the projects.
Work with the corporate and/or Rotary clubs and districts in finalizing the MOUs and statutory agreements. Meeting with donors to finalize and cease the clauses as per the current guidelines
Works with Rotary Zonal/regional and district leadership to strengthen Rotarian’s knowledge of Foundation programs, particularly CSR specific projects in the region.
Develops and delivers presentations at Regional, Zonal, District and club events and other meetings as assigned.
Review and approve of the CSR India grants application and make sure all the compliance requirements are met
Whet the agreements between corporate and RFI as also implementing club(s) in case of a tripartite agreement before putting up to Secretary, RFI for signatures on behalf of RFI.
Work in tandem with the Financial Services (FS) team at SAO for contribution booking and grant payment processing as required.
Ensure accurate and timely booking of corporate contributions and facilitate the timely processing and disbursement of approved grant payments.
Ensure that all statutory, financial and program documentation is complete and properly maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
Respond to CSR grant queries from Rotarians and coordinate all the activities between WHQ staff (if any) and project contacts.
Works with club/ districts to resolve all outstanding issues for project approval and make sure grants are compliant & complete. Follow through with the clubs/district to expedite the pending documents/information.
Work closely with grants team on the overdue reports for new application approvals
