Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of email marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
Content Creation and Optimization
Write compelling and engaging email copy that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
Optimize email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) for improved open rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and conversion rates.
Segmentation and Personalization
Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver highly targeted and relevant content.
Implement personalization strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and revenue generated from email campaigns.
Conduct A/B tests to optimize email elements and strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Email Automation and Workflow Management
Set up and manage email automation workflows, including drip campaigns, welcome series, and lead nurturing sequences.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and maintain a clean and engaged subscriber list.
Technical Proficiency
Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot, with the ability to navigate advanced features and functionalities.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
