Packing and Dispatch executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle packing, weighing, labeling, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.

Manage loading, unloading, and movement of cartons and materials.

Prepare shipments and ensure accurate quantity, batch, and expiry details.

Maintain proper packing and dispatch records.

Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations teams for timely dispatch.

Follow company SOPs, FIFO/FEFO practices, and safety guidelines.

Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of products during packing and dispatch.

Requirements

12th pass or graduate.

Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or dispatch operations is preferred.

Ability to handle physical warehouse work, including lifting and moving cartons.

Good attention to detail and willingness to work on-site.
