KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding health insurance products.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable health insurance plans.

Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.

Handle customer queries professionally and build good customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Coordinate with the team for policy issuance and customer support.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, Insurance Sales or Telecalling preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.

Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

Candidates with existing health insurance sales experience will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
