Bootsempire is a fast-growing football e-commerce brand serving customers across India and internationally. We specialize in football boots and related products, with a strong focus on customer experience, online sales and digital communication.

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate good communication skills, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and conversations through WhatsApp, Instagram and other online platforms.

Maintain smooth communication with customers from enquiry to order confirmation.

Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, payments, deliveries and customer queries.

Use basic computer tools, WhatsApp Web, Instagram and AI tools to improve productivity.

Learn about football boots, products and company processes to provide better customer support.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply; graduates are preferred.

Good spoken and written English is required.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram.

Good communication and multitasking skills.

Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Candidates from Delhi NCR are preferred.
