A pharma sales coordinator manages communication between field medical reps, distributors, and internal departments. They process drug orders, track product dispatches, and maintain sales MIS reports to ensure smooth backend commercial operations in healthcare and medicine supply chains.
- Order & Logistics Management
- Process primary and secondary sales orders, invoices coordination, and coordinate dispatches with warehouses.
- Field Support
- Track daily call reports, tour programs, and sample/promotional input distributions for medical representatives.
- MIS & Reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and outstanding payment reports.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the bridge between clients, stockists, distributors, and internal accounts/production teams.
- Query Resolution
- Address customer or distributor complaints regarding stock availability, delivery delays, or product pricing
- Experience
