Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Social Media Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to Instagram Direct Messages (DMs), WhatsApp messages, and Instagram comments in a timely, professional, and engaging manner. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent the brand positively in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to Instagram Direct Messages (DMs).

Handle customer inquiries and conversations via WhatsApp.

Monitor and reply to Instagram comments while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, offers, and policies.

Maintain response time and customer satisfaction standards.

Keep records of customer interactions and report recurring issues or customer feedback.

Stay updated on company products, promotions, and social media guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Good typing speed and attention to detail.

Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business.

Basic computer proficiency and experience using social media management tools is preferred.

Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
