Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via call, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Resolve issues, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and escalate complex cases.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
Requirements
Freshers can apply (0–2 years of experience welcome).
Recent Graduate. (2025 - 2026)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Basic computer proficiency.
