A significant portion of our portfolio consists of non-branded/private-label products, requiring direct sourcing from local manufacturers, OEMs and specialized suppliers.

We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Sourcing Manager who can take ownership of procurement, vendor development, sourcing, commercial negotiations and supply continuity across a large and diverse SKU portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for a portfolio of 2,000+ SKUs.
  • Source products from manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, wholesalers and regional suppliers.
  • Identify the most competitive source based on price, quality, MOQ, lead time and supply reliability.

  • Maintain competitive landed costs for products supplied to large corporate customers.

Large SKU / Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with sales, operations and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
  • Plan purchases based on demand, stock levels, lead times and order requirements.
  • Avoid both stock-outs and unnecessary inventory accumulation.
  • Identify slow-moving and non-moving SKUs and work on corrective procurement strategies.

OEM & Customized Product Sourcing

  • Coordinate with OEMs for customized products, packaging and specifications.
  • Obtain quotations, samples, technical specifications and production timelines.

  • Coordinate with accounts for commercial/payment-related issues.
  • Ensure procurement documentation and vendor records are maintained accurately.
  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for inbound deliveries.
