Key Responsibilities

Drive catering, banquet and event sales to achieve revenue targets.

Manage corporate events, weddings, conferences, MICE and social events.

Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Handle client meetings, site visits, proposals and negotiations.

Coordinate with F&B, Banquets and Operations teams for smooth event execution.

Manage sales leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Requirements

6–7 years of relevant experience in Catering / Banquet / Hotel Sales.

Strong communication, client-handling and negotiation skills.

Proven experience in catering/event sales within the hospitality industry.

Candidates from premium/luxury hotel backgrounds preferred.
