Stock & Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Stock & Warehouse Executive to manage inventory and warehouse operations for our medical and surgical products

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily stock and warehouse operations.

Handle inward and outward stock entries and maintain accurate records.

Check quantity, batch numbers and expiry dates of products.

Maintain proper storage and systematic arrangement of stock.

Follow for inventory management.

Prepare orders, picking, packing and dispatch.

Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory.

Report damaged, short, excess or near-expiry stock.

Coordinate with sales, accounts, suppliers and transporters.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper documentation.

Skills Requirements

1–3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory/stock management.

Experience in medical, surgical, pharma, or healthcare products preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.

Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Responsible, organized, and able to manage warehouse activities independently.

Qualification

Qualification

HSC / Graduate; Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management preferred.
