Manage deployment of operators, supervisors, riggers and helpers across all active sites
Arrange travel, accommodation and PPE for all site staff
Coordinate staff gatepass with HR and follow up until issued
Track manpower deployment, site-wise headcount and open vacancies
Flag absences and site manpower gaps to Operations Manager immediately
Any graduate | Min 2–4 years | Field HR, manpower coordination or site operations preferred
