Placement & MIS Coordinator

Role Overview

The Placement & MIS Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day placement follow-ups, tracking operational activities, coordinating POD collections, and preparing regular MIS reports. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely updates, accurate data, and smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct day-to-day follow-ups on vehicle/customer placements and ensure timely execution.

Track daily operational activities and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate and follow up for timely collection of PODs (Proof of Delivery).

Maintain proper documentation and ensure POD-related records are updated regularly.

Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.

Monitor operational data and highlight delays, gaps, or exceptions to the reporting manager.

Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain pending information and resolve operational issues.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data maintained in trackers and MIS reports.

Maintain organized records for easy reference and reporting.

Support the reporting manager with operational updates, data analysis, and other MIS requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities.

Problem-solving and analytical approach.

Good understanding of logistics/transportation operations will be an advantage.

Accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.

Timely escalation and resolution of operational exceptions.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
