Shipping & Logistics Executive

We are looking for an experienced Shipping & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of import/export processes, documentation, customs regulations, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end shipping and logistics operations and ensure smooth movement of shipments.

Handle and verify import and export documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, customs agents, and other external partners.

Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.

Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely delivery.

Negotiate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other service providers.

Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.

Prepare regular management reports on logistics performance, costs, and budgets.

Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and optimize costs.

Lead and coordinate the logistics team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics management.

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.

Good understanding of international trade regulations and customs laws.

Proven experience in logistics process improvement and cost optimization.

Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities effectively.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
