Location: Bandra West, MumbaiIndustry: Luxury 5-Star HotelExperience: Freshers & Experienced CandidatesSalary: Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and profile

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.

Assist guests with enquiries regarding hotel facilities and services.

Support smooth guest movement and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.

Coordinate with Front Office, F&B and other departments as required.

Assist with guest requests and direct them to the appropriate department.

Ensure a high standard of guest service and professionalism.

Handle guest interactions courteously and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good English communication skills.

Customer-service oriented with a professional approach.

Confident and courteous when interacting with guests.

Freshers with an interest in the hospitality industry are welcome.

Prior experience in a hotel, hospitality, front office or guest relations role will be an advantage.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
