Key Responsibilities
Assess patients’ medical needs over the telephone at the primary care level based on diagnosis.
Review patient details and medical history shared by doctors.
Suggest relevant diagnostic tests based on the diagnosis.
Recommend or refer patients to specialists when required.
Understand patients’ health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.
Create personalized nutrition and diet plans.
Track and monitor clients’ progress toward their health goals.
Maintain accurate patient information in the database.
What We’re Looking For
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasing personality with a patient-centric approach
High level of professionalism, dedication, and commitment
