Key Responsibilities

Lead a team handling brokerage, trade processing, clearing, settlement and reconciliation operations.

Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlements, breaks and exceptions.

Handle digital asset/crypto and fiat settlement processes, where applicable.

Ensure SLA, quality, risk and compliance requirements are met.

Drive team performance, training, escalations and process improvement.

Coordinate with international clients/stakeholders and support governance activities.

Requirements

2–3+ years of relevant experience in Brokerage/Trade Settlement/Custody/Reconciliation.

2+ years of team handling/leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlement processes.

Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Crypto/digital asset operations experience will be an added advantage.
