Senior Warehouse Executive

Job Description

Oversee transportation and timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency

Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and clients to ensure smooth supply chain operations

Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and advance entries in Excel

Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or other logistics issues

Maintain proper documentation and records of dispatch and delivery

Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners for updates

Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures

Required Skills

Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations

Strong knowledge of Excel for maintaining inventory, GRN, and advance entries

Ability to coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and clients effectively

Good problem-solving skills to handle shipment delays and delivery issues

Attention to detail in inventory tracking and documentation

Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination

Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely execution

Education

B.Com / BBA / Commerce graduate preferred

Experience Required

1–3 years in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations
