About the Role

We’re looking for a Design Intern to join our creative team and work across branding, marketing, advertising and social media projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is visually curious, follows social media trends, understands the basics of design, and is eager to learn by working on real client projects.

What We’re Looking For

Basic understanding of design principles and guidelines related to branding, marketing, advertising and social media

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva

Good understanding of social media trends, formats and visual content

Strong visual sense and attention to detail

Ability to understand briefs and translate ideas into visual concepts

Willingness to learn and adapt to different brands, visual identities, and creative requirements

Good communication skills and ability to work within timelines

What You’ll Work On

Social media creatives and campaigns

Branding and marketing collaterals

Digital advertisements

Campaign concepts and visual explorations

Creative adaptations across different formats

Researching trends, references and visual directions

Supporting the design team on ongoing client projects

Stipend & Growth

Monthly Stipend

It is a paid internship. The stipend will be decided depending on portfolio and skill level.

Full-Time Opportunity

Conversion to a full-time position may be offered based on performance during the internship.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process will be completed in 2 steps

• ⁠ ⁠Design Assessment + Portfolio Review

Candidates will be evaluated on their design fundamentals, creativity, visual thinking, and existing work.

• ⁠ ⁠Online Interview

Shortlisted candidates will have an online interaction with our team to discuss their experience, creative approach, and interest in the role.

Design Test

The final round would include a short design assignment that will assess the candidate's capabilities and alignment of their visual style in coherence with our clients.

Students, fresh graduates and aspiring designers looking to gain hands-on experience in branding, marketing, advertising and social media design are welcome to apply.

Candidates from Delhi NCR region are preferred.
