Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell mutual fund products to potential and existing clients.

Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, and other channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand clients' financial needs and explain suitable mutual fund investment options.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with mutual fund products, market trends, and investment concepts.

Maintain proper client documentation and follow applicable compliance requirements.

Provide regular support and assistance to existing clients.

Requirements

For Entry-Level Candidates

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Graduation in any stream.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in sales, financial products, and mutual funds.

Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of financial markets will be an advantage.

For Experienced Candidates

Prior experience in mutual fund sales, financial product sales, wealth management, or financial advisory.

Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and investment concepts.

Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

Strong client handling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience in relationship management will be preferred.
