Position

Steward / F&B Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper service standards.

Ensure tables, service areas, and dining spaces are clean and well-maintained.

Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide recommendations when required.

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Handle guest requests and concerns courteously and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.

Follow company SOPs and maintain professional service standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in restaurants, QSRs, cafés, hotels, or casual dining.

Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Pleasant personality and a service-oriented approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
