About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Video Evaluation, you will review and evaluate videos based on the applicable age criteria of 18+. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, accurate typing, and confidence using computer applications such as MS Windows, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate videos according to the defined age criteria and assessment requirements.

Review video content carefully and maintain the required level of accuracy during evaluation.

Use MS Windows, Excel, Outlook, and other required computer applications to support evaluation activities.

Maintain required quality and production standards while completing assigned evaluation work.

Meet department and company expectations related to quality, production, attendance, and overall performance.
