Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a customer service process in Gurugram. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate assistance, and following defined service processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and service requests professionally.

Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.

Maintain proper communication with customers.

Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Record and update customer information as required.

Meet assigned service and performance parameters.

Eligibility

Graduation is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

₹23,000 CTC per month

Experienced Candidates

₹25,000 CTC per month
