Role & Responsibilities

Connect with leads and respond to customer enquiries

Follow up with prospective clients and encourage studio visits

Explain membership/services and assist customers in making decisions

Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets

Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Confident, well-presented and customer-oriented
• Strong convincing and sales abilities
• Target-driven approach with good follow-up skills
• Candidates from Fitness, Hospitality, Wellness, Retail, Salon/Spa, Healthcare, Education or Sales backgrounds preferred
