Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Intern to join our on-site team in Bhopal.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for MBA (HR) students or recent graduates to gain practical HR experience in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Coordinate interviews and manage timely follow-ups with applicants.

Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.

Maintain HR records, including attendance, leaves, and performance tracking.

Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities.

Assist in drafting internal communications and HR reporting.

Required Skills

Strong communication (verbal & written) skills.

Confident personality with good interpersonal skills.

Creative and active in making reels/social media content.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working on-site at our Bhopal office.

Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resource Management.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
