Make outbound calls to prospective patients and couples regarding IVF and fertility treatment services.

Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about IVF, fertility consultations, and hospital services.

Explain the consultation process, appointment procedures, and required documents clearly.

Follow up with enquiries, leads, and patients who have shown interest in fertility treatment.

Schedule and confirm appointments with IVF specialists and doctors.

Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment status in the CRM or hospital system.

Coordinate with the front office, doctors, and couple coordinators for patient appointments and follow-ups.

Communicate with patients professionally, politely, and empathetically while maintaining confidentiality.

Follow up with patients after consultations and assist with further appointment coordination as directed.

Prepare daily call reports, track lead conversion, and update management on follow-up status.
