Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to promote and sell holiday/travel packages to customers. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer travel requirements, explaining suitable holiday packages, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding holiday/travel packages.

Understand customer requirements such as destination, budget, travel dates, and number of travellers.

Explain holiday packages, itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and offers clearly.

Handle customer queries and provide suitable travel package options.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into bookings.

Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Coordinate with the travel/operations team for booking and customer requirements.

Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, or Customer Service.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations will be an added advantage.
