Accounts & Customer Support Executive

Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual with a background in commerce (B.Com or 12th Commerce) who possesses strong communication skills, telephonic etiquette, and computer proficiency. The role combines accounting knowledge with customer interaction, ensuring smooth operations and professional client handling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries politely and professionally over phone and email.

Maintain and update records using Tally ERP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Assist in day-to-day accounting, billing, and data entry tasks.

Prepare reports, statements, and documentation as required.

Support internal teams by routing customer issues to the right department.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational background

B.Com graduate or 12th Commerce pass.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office applications.

Strong communication skills with excellent telephonic etiquette.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software quickly.

Professional attitude, patience, and customer-first approach.

Preferred Attributes

Prior experience in accounting or customer support roles.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay
