Schedule

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sundays Off)

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Monthly In-Hand Salary

₹25,000/month

Travel Allowance

₹2,000/month (provided separately)

Onboarding Incentive

₹500 per successfully verified merchant onboarding (Uncapped!)

What You’ll Be Doing

Independent Lead Generation

Sourcing your own prospective clients through market research, cold calling, business visits, and local networking.

Merchant Pitching: Meeting local business owners, explaining our LED Panel Advertising Program, and closing the company-approved package (₹9,999 + GST).

Onboarding Coordination: Collecting client documents, managing payment milestones (50% upfront / 50% post-installation), and coordinating with operations teams.

CRM Reporting

Maintaining accurate pipeline records in the company app.

Important Highlights to Note

This is a pure target-based field sales role where you are expected to generate your own leads (the company does not guarantee a supply of ready-made leads).

A 3-month minimum employment commitment applies upon joining.
