CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)

CRO – Maintenance | Real Estate / Construction

Handle customer maintenance requests, complaints, and service-related queries.

Coordinate with Engineering, MEP, Civil, and housekeeping teams for timely resolution.

Attend to customer concerns and ensure proper follow-up until closure.

Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair activities at residential projects.

Maintain records of complaints, work orders, service requests, and closure status.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for required maintenance works.

Communicate updates to customers and ensure a positive customer service experience.

Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
