Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to support business development, lead generation, customer outreach, and digital marketing activities.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in sales and marketing.

Candidates residing in or around Rajajinagar, Bengaluru will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, online research, social media, and other channels.

Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.

Support sales activities and help convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

Assist with social media marketing and basic digital marketing activities.

Maintain prospect and customer information in the CRM.

Prepare basic sales reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and follow-ups.

Maintain professional communication with prospective and existing customers.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of sales, prospecting, and lead generation.

Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and regional/local languages.

Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Eligibility

Any Graduate.

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Candidates living in or around Rajajinagar are preferred.

Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
