Your impact

A well-motivated and creative Post Graduate/Graduate Engineer with excellent numerical, logical, and analytical ability who wants to work in Engineering, Planning or Design Consulting on multi-disciplinary engineering projects. Apprentice program is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience through structured on-the-job training within live projects.

Apprentices will work closely with Jacobs’ senior professionals and project managers, gaining exposure to technical practices, project delivery processes, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of substation primary and secondary systems.

Conduct technical analysis and provide support for substation projects.

Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure project specifications are met.

Participate in site visits and inspections to gather data and assess project progress.

Support the preparation of technical reports and documentation.

Contribute to the development and implementation of engineering solutions.

Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.

Here's what you'll need

Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Engineering (Energy and Power/ Electrical)

Academic Passing in 2026

No Dead or Live Backlogs/AT KT

More that 7 CGPA in all semester

Should not have any work experience or registered in NATS portal
