We are currently hiring Freshers for Chat Support Associate for our client, [24]7.ai, at their Bengaluru location.

Job Responsibilities -

Respond to customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.
Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required. Eligibility
Freshers are welcome to apply. - Excellent written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work rotational and night shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹17,000 per month - Retention Bonus: ₹20,000 (paid as per company policy upon successful completion of the applicable tenure)
