Data Entry Operator – Maintenance Department

Job Description

Enter and maintain maintenance-related data, records, and reports accurately.

Update work orders, service requests, equipment details, and maintenance schedules.

Maintain daily records of maintenance activities and material usage.

Prepare and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, and department documentation.

Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and other departments for required information.

Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of maintenance records.

Perform other data entry and administrative tasks as assigned.
