Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items in compliance with FSSAI and HACCP standards.
• Support the team in mise en place for daily service and special events.
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize wastage.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies within the kitchen.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, english or local language.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or culinary training is an advantage.
