Job description

• Assign tasks and check work to ensure standards are met.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Train new employees on cleaning protocols, equipment use, and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare schedules and manage time-off requests to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.

Qualification

• Any Graduate – UG / PG from a recognized institution.
• Hotel Management / Hospitality Management candidates are eligible.
• Diploma/Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospital/healthcare sector, will be an advantage.
