Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance, call volumes, conversions, and sales achievements.
• Allocate leads to team members and ensure proper follow-up.
• Guide team members on effective calling, customer handling, and sales techniques.
• Monitor CRM updates, lead status, and follow-up activities.
• Track individual and team KPIs and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
• Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing sales.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments for smooth lead conversion.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Experience in Telesales / Telecalling, with team-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with good leadership and team-management abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Excel preferred.
• Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
