Store Executive

• Inventory Management
• Receiving, storing, and distributing stock.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Identifying and requesting low-on-hand items to replenish stock levels.
• Rotating stock to prevent expired or outdated products.
• Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries
• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying contents.
• Checking for damages or discrepancies.
• Ensuring products match purchase orders and specifications.
• Stock Control and Organization
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe storage environment.
• Ensuring proper storage of goods in designated locations.
• Following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for storage.
• Record Keeping and Documentation
• Maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Generating material received reports (MRR).
• Ensuring proper completion of documentation for orders and purchases.
• Supplier Coordination
• Coordinating with suppliers for deliveries and ensuring a seamless supply chain.
• Negotiating prices and placing orders.
• Other Duties
• Assisting customers with inquiries or product requests.
• Supervising other staff members (if applicable).
• Packing and labeling goods.
• Handling freight and equipment movement.
• Disposing of surplus and expired quantities.
